Questions buyers ask first

What exactly do I pay?

Your clients pay you the full price into your own Stripe. For doctor-led programs we charge a flat care rate per active client each month (doctor, prescription, medication, shipping), at cost, to your card on file, only when a client pays you. Your platform fee ($0, or $99 a month per program, never more than $490) is billed separately, after a 14-day free trial.

Do I need a clinician to start?

No. Our physician network makes every clinical decision. You offer the programs under your name.

Who owns the clients and the data?

You do. Export client lists, consents, messages and program records from the dashboard the same day, in a standard format.

Whose name is on the merchant account?

Yours. You connect your own Stripe account. Clients pay you and see your name on the statement.

Who else uses this physician network?

The same national network serves hundreds of telehealth brands, including Effecty, GobyMeds, Helimeds and KyoRx.

What happens if I cancel?
